Manufacturing Processes
--Build molds for extursion profiles and stamping die for U shape bars.
--Mold trial for quality control purpose.
--Extrude the angle steel, 6 meters of each.
--Cut the angle steel profile to aimed length, and remove sharp edges.
--Welding the U bar to the angle steel in the right location.
--Quality check, make sure the welds are strong.
--Hot dip galvanizing on the whole unit.
--Pack and delivery.
